2011-2012 Registration

BCP registration is underway for the 2011-2012 school year. Contact the preschool to find out how to secure a spot in one of our preschool classes.

Openings Available:

Tuesday / Thursday 2 1/2's, 3's, 4's classes
Monday / Wednesday / Friday PreK 4's, PreK Plus classes
Afternoon (12:30-3:30) Infant Toddler Sessions

We also have availability in the following:

Art and Science Class
This class is for 3 to 5 year olds and is held on Friday mornings or afternoons. The children focus on elements of art (such as color, texture, line and form) and on experiences in science. This class can stand alone or may be added to other preschool schedules.

Enrichment
This class is for children who are enrolled in our PreK 4’s or PreK Plus classes and specifically focuses on literacy and phonics. This structured class revolves around pre-reading, pre-writing, language, music and hands-on art and is one afternoon a week.

Dad's Saturday for Tuesday Thursday Classes

Children from Tuesday/Thursday classes invite their dads to a mini preschool day on Saturday, January 22nd. Come and explore, play, eat, sing, and have fun with your child from 9:15 - 10:45. RSVP in your child's classroom for this fun day!

Greenery Sale ~ Going on Now!

Our wreaths are the fullest around! Orders are due by Friday, November 12. All items are very full and fresh and they make wonderful gifts to send to other areas. Orders will arrive Monday, November 29 at 9:15-10:00.

PARENT / TEACHER CONFERENCES

Thursday and Friday, October 7 and 8 are Parent Teacher Conference days for our regular morning preschool classes. Please be sure to have signed up for a time slot to visit with your child's teacher. There is NO SCHOOL on these days, but Infant/Toddler IS open. Childcare is available for your child(ren) during the time of your Conference in room L3 for no charge. Please see below for details:

PUMPKIN PATCH FIELD TRIPS

We are going to the Pumpkin Patch! By now you have probably received information from your child's teacher regarding their trip to the Pumpkin Patch! Be sure to dress for the weather. Check with your child's teacher for time, cost and map information. Please see below for dates our classes are going:

PICTURE DAYS

Class photos will be taken on Wednesday and Thursday, October 27 and 28. Picture envelopes will be sent home next week. Your child will have his/her picture taken even if you do not plan to order photos. We need everyone's photo for our class composites. (Please note: L1 PreK Plus will have their pictures taken on Wednesday, October 27.) Bring your smiles!

to their child’s first day. This time is designed so that parents have an
opportunity to:

* Meet other parents in their child’s class

11:15-11:45 AM: Art & Science Classes

Summer School Forms Due June 1

What has bug fun, a lemonade stand, refreshing water play and is warm all over? Well, Summer School of course! If you haven't done so already, be sure to turn in your Summer School form BY Tuesday, JUNE 1st. (For children ages 3 - 5). Don't miss out on the summer fun!

Open House is Almost Here ~ April 25

Just a reminder to let you know that you and your preschooler(s) are invited to our Open House this Sunday, April 25 at 1:30 - 3:00. Fun activities are planned in all the classrooms, and the playground will be open, weather permitting!
