POD Helpers Needed

Dear Parents,

The teachers and classrooms are almost ready to meet the teacher's next week! Are you ready? We bet you are! Thank you for the many replies to help with playdoh making and Costco shopping, WOW!

During this temporary relocation there will be many opportunities to fulfill Time and Talent hours. We will be in need of weekly help moving our equipment in and out of our rooms, so Community of Hope's use of their rooms on the weekends can go uninterrupted. Some of our BCP staff and Christian City Church staff will be available to do this, but our hope is to spread the work among many, as to lighten the burden on them.

We will be moving items from classrooms to an outdoor POD on Fridays at 1:00 pm
Items will be moved from the POD back into classrooms on Sundays at 5:00 pm.

We would appreciate any and all help to push, pull, carry, load and roll our items to and from the POD. If you can help and are interested in fulfilling Time and Talent hours this way, please call or email us with dates you can help. You can also sign up in the POD book that will be kept in our working office once school begins.

And a huge THANK YOU goes to Christopher Sheffield for heading up our Monday move this week, and to all the parents and staff who joined in! We couldn't have done it without you .....
